Tenured/Tenure Track Faculty

A Tenured/Tenure Track Faculty position will require a recruitment, or Opportunity Appointment through the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance.

Non-Tenure Track Faculty

A NTT faculty new hire and/or re-hire will need to come through a current open pool/recruitment, or Opportunity Appointment through the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance.

Academic Administrator

An Academic Administrator position will require a recruitment, or Opportunity Appointment through the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance. Job Description: If you are unsure of the classification of your position, or this is a new or revised position, please send your job description to your HR Consultant.

Hiring a Faculty Employee:

  • If you are conducting a recruitment: Instructions for Hiring Faculty
    • Note: Your new hire will need to complete new hire paperwork prior to starting their position. They are welcome to visit Human Resources, Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 (excluding holidays).
