Employment Verifications

Western partners with The Work Number for employment verifications for current employees or those who have worked for WWU in the past three years.  If you do not currently have access to The Work Number, please consider setting up an account by going to The Work Number website. Once you complete the registration form and pass necessary credentialing steps, you'll be able to log in and start verifying.
 

Please note: Sometimes a verifier may ask you to obtain/provide a salary key - a six-digit number that allows one-time access to your information.  To create a salary key, please log in to the work number: https://employees.theworknumber.com/salary-key and follow the steps.
