WWU Human Resources and The Student Health Center are jointly hosting four annual wellness vaccine clinics across September and October for WWU employees, faculty, students and community members. Participants must be age 5 and up.

This is a great opportunity for newly hired WWU employees to get their first and or second MMR shot to finalize the WWU terms of employment. It is also great for families with student aged children to fulfill any HPV, Meningitis A and B or Hep B requirements.

Billing and Payment
 

Bring your medical and/or prescription card to the clinic. The clinic provider (Safeway) will bill participants' health plan for the vaccine(s).

For self-pay options, participants are able to pay for vaccinations via check. 

  • Pharmacists will be able to support Paramount discount program cards. To download a discount card, see the dark blue banner at the bottom of Paramount's homepage and select Download a Card.

Before Attending a Vaccine Clinic - Complete Consent Form
 

Complete, print, and bring your Consent Form, ensuring to select the vaccinations you want to receive. 

Blank forms will be present at the clinic; however, it is recommended to have it completed prior to your appointment to ensure efficiency.

Day of Vaccine Clinic

  • Bring completed Consent Form
  • Bring insurance card or if self-pay, a check/Paramount discount program card
  • Wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm
