Change Management in Action: Supporting Teams Through Transition
At the recent BFA Quarterly Huddle, Ryan Greer, Employee & Labor Relations Partner, led an engaging and well-received training session focused on helping leaders successfully navigate change.
The session highlighted key principles of change management and provided supervisors with actionable strategies to guide their teams through transitions, organizational shifts, and changing expectations. Ryan emphasized the importance of clear communication, consistency, and empathy when leading employees through uncertainty.
Topics additionally included effective timekeeping and workload management, coaching employees for success, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering greater accountability across teams. In addition, attendees learned how to leverage available supervisor resources to better support their employees and enhance overall team performance.
This training reinforced our commitment to equipping leaders with the skills and confidence needed to lead through change and create a positive, productive work environment. Way to go, Ryan!
