• Personnel Action Forms (PAs): Used only for S3 Department Funded Graduate student hires 
• Student Employment Form: Used only for S1 (hourly students hires) or S3 (graduate students hires) that are Grant or Foundation funded  
• EPAF Used only for student hourly (S1) and Work Study positions that are NOT grant funded 
• In order to access the EPAF menu, please complete the Banner HR and Millennium FAST-HR Access form 

Reminder about EPAFs: EPAF's will be disapproved if the ‘effective date’ is before the date the I-9 is received  

• It is easiest if the EPAF is submitted once the student confirms with you about the I-9
