Once you have completed your New Hire paperwork with HR, please continue with the steps below:

Next Steps

Contact your supervisor to let them know you have completed your new hire paperwork with HR.  Your supervisor will then submit your hiring form to HR to get your new job details entered into our system for payroll.

Web4u

Once your employee account is setup (It can take a few days for setup) you can log into web4u.

  • Under the Employee Tab you will find options for Direct Deposit enrollment and your your timesheet. You will be contacted by Payroll to confirm your Direct Deposit setup.
  • In the Personal Information Tab you can update your address, phone number, emergency contact and electronically consent to receive your W-2.

Pay Information

  • Paydays are the 10th and 25th each month, unless those dates fall on a weekend or holiday.
  • Timesheets are due the 15th and the last day of the month.
