New Hire Paperwork
If you accepted your offer of employment online via Western's Careers page you should have received instructions for accessing your Onboarding Portal as well as an invitation to complete your new hire paperwork. If you did not accept your offer online, or did not apply online, you will use the links below or come to the HR office to complete your paperwork.

When you are ready to complete your I-9 form, stop by HR (Humanities Room 203) during our office hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm). The I-9 Form is a requirement to be eligible to work at Western and must be completed with HR prior to your start date.
IMPORTANT: The I-9 Form cannot be processed without documentation.
Please review the options you have for Acceptable Documents. Human Resources will need to see the actual documents, and cannot accept copies or expired documents.

All employees must comply with our Immunization policies, including COVID vaccination by time of hire and Proof of Rubeola Measles Immunity within 60-days of hire. Please reach out to HR@wwu.edu if you need information regarding medical or religious exemption and applicable accommodations.
