| WURT | Western Undergraduate Research Trainee (WURT) is a salaried undergraduate position that combines academic, professional skills development, and work-related responsibilities in one role. Compensation is based on the work-related duties as defined in the position description and performance is assessed holistically and in keeping with job levels 1, 2, and 3 as defined above.
