NEW EPAF ERROR: The “Default from Index” button is not functioning correctly. Selecting it changes the date format and generates a date-related error, requiring the EPAF to be voided and resubmitted.
Temporary workaround: Do not use the “Default from Index” button. Departments should manually enter the funding string instead.
