HR Updates


In support of our employees, effective immediately Human Resources will provide a weekly update on HR employee-related COVID programs.  As we have come to know, it is a constantly changing environment and our goal is to provide you with the most up-to-date information. This week’s topics are remote work, vaccinations, testing, and health and safety. HR Lunch & Learn:

The next HR Lunch & Learn is scheduled for Sept. 14, Noon-1 pm.  This same link will be used for the 2021-22 academic year. 

HR Lunch & Learns will be scheduled the 2nd and 4th Tuesday for September, October and November, plus one session in December (Dec. 14).  The agendas will be widely distributed to the campus at least two days prior to each session, and will be posted on the HR website.  

Remote Work:

We’ve received feedback and are in the process of streamlining the Remote Work Agreement.  Employees can continue to use the Remote Work Agreement on our website.

What forms do I need to complete to work remotely fall quarter? 

Employer Required Remote Work Arrangements: 

Remote work arrangements required by the supervisor do NOT require completion of the remote work feasibility worksheet.

Health & Safety:

  • Feeling Sick?  Stay Home!  While employees are no longer required to complete an attestation form when working onsite, it is still expected that employees will evaluate their health prior to coming onsite each day.  If you are symptomatic or not feeling well, please stay home for the health of yourself and our community.
