- In the past year, we have updated our NTT hiring process. You no longer need to request a pool copy to extend an offer. Instead, you can now directly access your pool, move the candidate to the "Request to Offer" status, and complete the necessary form for approval routing.

Candidates who are not selected for a particular position may be ideal candidates for future openings. Maintaining communication with candidates who were not selected for a position is crucial for sustaining their interest in future opportunities at Western.

Onboarding
Just a reminder that no appointment is needed to complete your paperwork with HR! All new employees must complete a form I-9 which provides documentation that you are eligible to work in the U.S. prior to starting work.
Fall quarter hours for HR Reception
M-F from 8am - 5pm
(office is closed daily from 12:00 - 1:30 and major holidays). Due to Fall being our busiest time of year, you may experience delays in returned calls from HR as our receptionist assists visitors. Please feel free to email us at HR@wwu.edu for assistance!
